Our story
Why we started, and why it matters.
capsinfra was started in 2012 by engineers who'd spent years inside large software firms watching good projects fail — not because of the technology, but because of poor process, bad communication, and the habit of disappearing after delivery.
We started small: three senior engineers, two clients. Today we're a team of 22 specialists across full stack, Oracle Fusion, and mobile. We've never hired a junior to bill them out at senior rates. Every project gets the person responsible for it — not a project manager relaying messages.
Our work spans funded SaaS startups, manufacturing enterprises running Oracle ERP, government digital projects, and mobile apps with 200k+ users. What they all have in common: we were still reachable six months after the project closed.
How we work
Questions clients wish they'd asked earlier.
What we won't do
Take a brief and disappear into a black box for 3 months. We do weekly demos, open repositories from day one, and flag blockers before they become crises.
Who works on your project
Senior engineers — minimum 5 years production experience. We don't staff projects with fresh graduates and call them 'engineers'.
What happens after go-live
Every engagement includes post-launch support. SaaS projects get 3 months. Oracle ERP gets 30-day hypercare. We don't hand over keys and vanish.
What we're honest about
We'd rather lose a project by being honest upfront than win it and disappoint you six months later.
We are not the cheapest option. We're comparable to a mid-sized agency, more expensive than a freelancer, far cheaper than a large SI for ERP work.
We don't do design-only, SEO, or digital marketing. We're engineers — we build things that work, not things that look good in pitch decks.
We take on 4–5 projects at a time. If our capacity doesn't fit your timeline, we'll tell you rather than overpromise.
