What if the scope changes mid-project?

We handle minor changes (under 10% of scope) at no cost. Significant changes are scoped and priced as a change request — agreed in writing before work starts. No surprise invoices.

Do you take projects on an hourly basis?

No. Hourly billing incentivises slow work. We scope every project and give a fixed price. If we underestimate, that's our problem — not yours.

What's your payment structure?

50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For larger projects (₹5L+), we split into three milestones. We never take 100% upfront.
