Render: Our website and database are hosted on Render's infrastructure. Data is stored on servers in their cloud platform. We ensure all third-party processors operate under appropriate data protection standards.

We retain contact form submissions and project-related communications for a period of 3 years from the date of collection or the end of the project engagement, whichever is later, unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymised website usage data is retained for up to 12 months.
