Facility planning workshop
We sit with you to understand the sports mix, user profile, budget, and long-term vision. We produce a space plan showing court layouts, shared zones, and infrastructure.

Site assessment
Full site survey — drainage, soil, structural condition, ceiling heights, and utility connections. Free, no obligation.

Phased proposal
We can scope the facility in phases if budget requires — Phase 1 delivers the core courts, later phases add additional sports.

Construction
Sequenced construction to minimise disruption. If an existing facility is operational, we schedule phases to keep portions open.

Certification and handover
Each sport's surface is tested and certified independently. Full documentation — compliance certificates, warranties, maintenance protocols.
